Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Carpe Omnia's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Services
Carpe Omnia provides executive coaching, operations and supply chain consulting, and leadership development programs. Specific scopes are defined in individual engagement agreements.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation remains in effect for 2 years after contract completion.
4. Payment and Cancellation
Payment terms are established in the individual engagement agreement. Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance for individual sessions and as stipulated in the contract for project engagements.
5. Limitation of Liability
Carpe Omnia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the month preceding the incident.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, and frameworks provided by Carpe Omnia are the intellectual property of Carpe Omnia. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to apply them internally within their organizations.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
