Christian Timotti is the founder of Carpe Omnia, a career coaching and business consultancy firm helping professionals and companies navigate growth, transition, and complexity with clarity and discipline.
With more than 25 years of executive experience at companies including KD Nutra, Carrier Corporation, Amway, Coca-Cola, Philips, Whirlpool Corporation, and CEVA Logistics, he has led supply chain, operations, and leadership teams through significant transformations — logistics redesigns, ERP implementations, organizational change, and market expansion — across the United States, Brazil, and Latin America.
Beyond his operational career, Christian spent years building and developing high-performance teams across multiple industries. That experience shaped his coaching practice. He launched Carpe Omnia to bring real executive rigor to career development and consulting: structured processes, honest feedback, and a relentless focus on decisions, execution, and measurable results.
He is trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and works with clients across North America and Latin America.
